Domas Navickas started his career in 2003–2007 as the Head of commercial real estate department with Arco Vara Group, the international real estate brokerage and development company in Lithuania.

In 2007–2011, he worked on various real estate development projects.

In 2011–2016, he was the development manager and board member of the Duty Free trading company Globus Trade LT, the Lithuanian partner of the German company Gebr.Heinemann.

In 2015–2019, he was responsible for the development of Outlet Baltic and Sport Baltic projects in the Baltics.

Since 2016, Domas Navickas has been Intelus Consulting team member.
